Instructor
Gemma Trehearn
Vinyasa Yoga | Power Yoga | Sculpt | Mobility & Stretch
For Gemma, yoga is the practice of learning to stay - with the breath, with the body, and with yourself. With 9 years of experience her classes are intentionally strong and unhurried, allowing time to settle into each posture, explore sensation, and cultivate the discipline of focused awareness. In the spaciousness between movements, strength is built not only in the body, but in the mind's ability to be present without rushing or resisting. Gemma believes that true freedom comes from feeling deeply at home in your body, and that strength and softness are not opposites, but partners in practice. Expect a grounded, challenging practice that invites presence, mindful exploration, and moments of effortless flow.

Instructor
Jess van Goethem
Yin Yoga | Yoga Nidra | Aerial Yoga | Vinyasa Yoga
Jess is a yoga teacher who invites you to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath and awareness. Her Aerial Yoga classes blend the support and freedom of the hammock with mindful movement, creating space to explore strength, mobility, playfulness and deep release. With a a strong love of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Jess brings a grounded, nurturing quality to her teaching — encouraging you to listen inward, honour your body and let go of the need to achieve. For Jessica, yoga has never been about touching your toes or perfecting a shape. It is about learning how to meet yourself in every moment, especially when things feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable, and discovering what becomes possible when you soften, breathe and stay present. Her classes are an invitation to come home to your body, quiet the mind and create a little more space for whatever is becoming available to you now.
