3.1 General Disclaimer
Services provided are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No guidance or instruction from our staff should be interpreted as medical advice or treatment.
3.2 Health Disclosure & Pre-Existing Conditions
All clients, including foreign nationals, must disclose any current or prior medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to booking. Conditions requiring disclosure include (but are not limited to):

3.3 Medical Clearance
For recent injuries, surgeries, or unstable/complex conditions, clients may be required to provide written clearance from a licensed physician before booking is confirmed. Crawl Project Wellness Concierge Services reserves the right to request such clearance.
3.4 Travel & Insurance Requirements
Foreign nationals must hold comprehensive medical travel insurance covering physical activity, bodywork, and emergency medical care. Proof of insurance may be required before booking confirmation.
Crawl Project and its staff are not responsible for any medical expenses, emergencies, or travel disruptions arising from participation in the Services.
3.5 Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services and release Crawl Project, its Wellness Concierge Services, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or adverse outcomes.
4. Booking, Equipment & Payments
4.1 Equipment Provision
Crawl Project provides all necessary equipment for sessions (e.g., yoga mats, aerial hammocks, rings, weights, props). Clients are responsible for wearing appropriate attire, remaining hydrated, and providing adequate space for sessions.
4.2 Rigging Disclaimer, Space Assessment & Aerial Services
For aerial yoga, gymnastic rings, or rigging-based services, we require prior assessment of the venue (via video or in-person). Only structures deemed safe by our team may be used. Crawl Project is not responsible for property damage, including our equipment or villa property; costs incurred due to damage will be billed to the client.
4.3 Payment Methods & Process
Accepted payment methods: EFT, SWIFT, Wise, PayPal, Yoco, or direct online card payment. Cash is only accepted for tips paid directly to the practitioner.
Booking requires a two-step payment:

Deposit: 50% paid online via secure link upon booking confirmation

Balance: Remaining 50% paid in-person via card before session start
4.4 Request to Book
Submission of a booking inquiry form does not confirm a session. Confirmation occurs after:

Medical and insurance information is verified

Physician clearance (if required) is submitted

Deposit is paid
This process ensures suitability, prevents double bookings, and allows customisation of the service.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Single sessions: Minimum 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows charged in full

Packages/Bundles: Minimum 72 hours’ notice; late cancellations charged in full
-
Provider cancellations due to illness, safety, or force majeure will result in full refund if rescheduling is not possible
Refunds are issued via card reversal or bank transfer.

7. Travel & Location Fees
Primary operating areas: Atlantic Seaboard (Sea Point, Three Anchor Bay, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay).
Villas outside this radius incur additional travel fees, determined by distance and confirmed before deposit payment.
8. Misconduct & Behaviour Policy

Zero tolerance for racism, sexism, ageism, harassment, or unsafe conduct

Practitioners may terminate sessions without refund for unsafe or disruptive behaviour

No refunds for breach of these policies
9. Sexual Harassment & Misconduct Policy

Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, misconduct, or unwanted sexual behaviour

Practitioners may terminate a session immediately

Offenders may face permanent exclusion and legal reporting

Clients must maintain professional conduct at all times
