Do you bring all equipment or do I need to supply anything? Our team will provide all the equipment needed for the sessions such as yoga mats, aerial hammocks, rings, weights, pilates props, straps, blocks and aerial rigging etc. All we require from you is to wear the appropriate exercise attire, have water to keep hydrated and have adequate space for the session to take place.

What if I have a medical condition or injury - can I still book? Yes. We do however require details about the past or present condition/injury and in some cases would need a doctor's permission for clearance to train. These details can all be outlined in the health waiver that is sent upon booking request.
For aerial yoga and gymnastic rings, do all villas qualify, or only those with rigging or anchor points? No not all villas qualify. If these services are booked we require an assessment of the space first. If the villa has structures in place that we deem fit for rigging then the booking can go ahead. This decision is made based on a video sent to us of the space and potentially even a site visit if the video is not sufficient enugh for us to make a decision. Your safety is our utmost concern. Please Note: We as the service providers take no responsilbity for damaged property (including our equipment or that of the villa). How does the payment process work - why is a deposit required? We take payments in two parts. 50% of the booking for service(s) is required to be paid online through a secure payment link. This acts as a deposit. This link is sent to you after the submission of your booking request once all information provided has been finalised. This deposit secures your booking. The remainder of the amount is settled on the day in-person through a card transaction before the beginning of the session. We take these measures to ensure that both parties (you as the client and us as the service provider) has sureity throughout the booking process.

Which payment methods are accepted? We accept EFTs, SWIFT transactions, Wise, PayPal and Card payments (Yoco or direct payment link online). We are cashless so therefore the only cash that would be accepted are in the form of tips paid directly to the practitioner on the day of the session.
Do I need any medical coverage or insurance? Yes. We require all our clients to have their own travel insurance with medical coverage. This is a pre-requisite to make a booking. Proof of insurance has to be uploaded through a link we send you before the booking is confirmed. Please note: We, as the service providers, are not financially liable or responsible for any injury or medical condtion (pre-existing or acute onset) that requires medical attention that occurs during the session. Are travel fees or logistic fees added for remote villas or properties far from your base? Yes. We operate in the following areas: Atlantic Seaboard (Three-Anchor Bay & Sea Point), Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay. Any villas outside of these areas will incur an additional travel fee. This is worked out based on the distance outside of the operating base and will be stipulated in the final quotation before the deposit is made. We therefore offer services to the greater Cape Town areas; Deep South, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Franschoek and Stellenbosch at an additional cost. What are your cancellation / rescheduling policies and how are refunds processed ? Each of our services have slightly different cancellation time frames. For single services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. For packages & bundles: minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the first scheduled session is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full. All "no shows" will be charged in full. Cancellations before the above stated time periods will be elligable for a full refund. Refunds are processed either through a credit card reversal or a bank transfer. Do I need to have prior experience? No. Our professional trainers work with all levels of fitness experience. Absolute beginners ot advanced practitioners are all welcome. We do, however, require you to fully disclose any past or current medical conditions and injuries so that we can offer you the best service.
Can I book a session for my child? We do have a child policy that we adhere to for bookings. No children under 12 years of age are permitted. Children from 12 -16 years can book but need an adult to be present during the session. A signed indemnity form by the parent or guardian is also required. Children from 16 - 18 years do not need an adult present but would still need a signed indemnity form by the parent or guardian. Is the “Request to Book” form binding or just an inquiry? No this is merely an inquiry. Based on the information that is sent to us through the booking form the next steps will be taken to confirm your booking. We do this two part process for a few reasons. 1. To ensure that we can meet all your requirements and personal preferences 2. To take extra measure to avoid double bookings and get the appropriate practitioner for your request. 3. To give you the oppurtunity to personalise your experience so we can take your customisations into account. Once the "Request to Book" form is submitted we will be in contact with you with any additional information or confirmations we might need before sending you the health waiver, insurance submission and deposit link. This is the final step and then your booking is confirmed!
What happens if the instructor cancels? We as the service provider reserve the rights to cancel/reschedule sessions under unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, staff illness or any force majeure event (natural disaster, political unrest, power outages, dangerous weather). Under these instances a full refund will be processed if rescheduling of the session is not possible. We also reserve the rights to refuse service/stop a session to participants who are disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol or creating an unsafe working environment for instructors, fellow participants or putting themselves at risk of injury. We practice zero tolerance towards inappropriate behaviour involving racism, sexism, ageism, sexual misconduct/harrasment, verbal/physical abuse and homophobic or transphobic rhetoric.
