Our private in-villa personal training sessions are designed to help you stay on track to achieving your fitness goals even while travelling or on holiday in Cape Town. Our experienced trainers are versatile industry leaders with expertise in strength & conditioning, mobility and callisthenics modalities as well as injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and sports-specific training. Whether you just need a trainer to help you stay accountable or someone that can lead you through a specific program or address specific pain issues, our team will help you design sessions that are perfectly suited to your needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: - To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, bookings should be made at least one week in advance of your requested date and time. - Last-minute or short-notice bookings may be accommodated depending on instructor availability, but cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, times and/or dates may need to be adjusted by mutual agreement. - Rescheduling requests are subject to the same conditions as short-notice bookings. Group Size & Customisation: All services can be tailored to your preferred time, duration, and group size. Please specify your requirements when making a booking so we can personalise your experience accordingly. Cancellation Policy - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. - Bookings that result in a no-show will also be charged in full. Travel Policy: Our services are primarily offered within the Atlantic Seaboard, including Camps Bay, Clifton, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, and Llandudno. Bookings outside of these areas will incur an additional travel charge, which will vary depending on the distance from these locations. Travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.
