Cancellation Policy
For all personal training and bodywork sessions, 24-hour notice of cancellation must be provided or the full rate will apply. For courses and events with limited numbers, 12-hour notice of cancellation must be provided or the full rate will apply. This is inclusive of but not limited to Gymnastic Elements classes. For group classes or otherwise, bookings that result in a "no-show" will be charged for in full. All sessions cancelled by the student before class begins will not be charged for so long as there is not a limitation on the number of participants.
