- Completion of this form does not confirm a booking
-To ensure the highest quality experience, wellness bundles and customised packages must be booked with at least two weeks’ notice. For highly tailored or large-group packages, additional lead time may be required. We will confirm this during the booking process.
- Last-minute requests for bundles or packages may be considered, but cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability. Adjustments to dates, times, or service inclusions may be necessary in these cases.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 72 Hours before the commencement of the first class, session, or treatment.

Packages can be tailored to suit your preferred services, schedule, and group size. Please provide full details of your requirements when making an enquiry so we can create a personalised experience.
Cancellation Policy:
- For wellness bundles and packages, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the first scheduled session is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- "No-shows" for packages will also be charged in full.
Rescheduling Policy:
Individual sessions within a package may be rescheduled, provided 24 hours’ notice is given. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be charged in full.
Travel Policy:
Our services are primarily offered within the Atlantic Seaboard, including Camps Bay, Clifton, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, and Llandudno. Bookings outside of these areas will incur an additional travel charge, which will vary depending on the distance from these locations. Travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.
