About the event
In this workshop we explore the roots of our human architecture. How the feet and toes integrate and communicate with our legs to provide a stable and rooted structure while still availing a natural elasticity and responsiveness. Elastic Roots is about awakening the lower limbs and unlocking natural athleticism.
