With over 15 years experience as a personal trainer and certification in Functional Range Conditioning, Richard-Dean can help anyone achieve their fitness goals, whether in-person or remotely.
Living Anatomy
This course will help to enrich and deepen your knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to movement and guide you to making informed decisions about which movements and postures are best for you.

Bodywork
Influenced by over two decades of practice.I offer a hybrid treatment where clients remain clothed, lying on a floor mat. Techniques include pressure, traction, percussion, brushing, assisted stretching, joint mobilisation, and sound healing.
Each session is tailored in real-time to address your specific needs, aiming to create a sacred ceremonial space.
